Co-Founder, and President is a Human Resources professional with over 10 years’ experience working in the hospitality and insurance industries.  In 2014, she was searching externally for the answers, “What’s next? Is there more to my Life?" The answers were within her and she is committed to supporting clients in unlocking their gifts in order to create a positive and meaningful lifestyle.

 

Francezia holds a Masters in Human Resources Management from Webster University. Her professional coach training was obtained from The CaPP Institute, The Robbins-Madanes Center for Strategic Intervention and the Vision Board Institute.
